What kind of workout programs are available in the application?
Our application offers a wide range of multi-purpose workout programs aimed at losing weight, gaining muscle mass, improving stamina, routines to tackle your problem areas, etc. We’re constantly feeding our database with new workout plans. If you have difficulty in finding a plan to suit your fitness goal, cheer up! It’s most likely to be available in our app soon. Can I work out at home?
Sure! Our fitness programs are of two types: workouts at home and at the gym. Each of the programs addresses all the concomitant nuances. While making a workout plan for home exercises, our trainers replace the gym equipment with something to be found in any home. Home workout plans require simple equipment available in any sports store such as a skipping rope, exercise bands, etc. The necessary equipment is mentioned in the fitness program description.
Can you guarantee that I will succeed?
The result depends on your performance, how accurately you follow the instructions, your attendance and other factors. What we offer is step-by-step instructions, tips and demo exercises, regularity and consistency. And all of this is conveniently available on your smartphone! What you need to do is act and achieve the results!
Can I work out while pregnant?
Workouts with high intensity levels are not recommended during pregnancy. After giving birth, you may start exercises with Rocket having consulted with your doctor first. You need to strengthen your pelvic floor, abdominal muscles and joints. Your doctor can determine how many weeks you need to rest to recover from labour.
